Welcome to the 14th World Invention Creativity Olympics (WICO) in 2025!

 

We are excited to announce that the 14th WICO will take place in Seoul, Korea, from July 25th to 26th. This prestigious event gathers approximately 2,000 participants from 25 countries each year, creating a global platform to share advancements in science, technology, and invention.

 

Participants will experience exceptional hospitality and support, with backing from the Korean government. As one of the world’s most recognized international invention competitions, WICO provides a unique opportunity for inventors to showcase their talents, explore new ideas, and gain valuable recognition.

 

WICO is not only a competition but also a significant event recognized by international academic and scientific organizations, including KUIA. The event’s achievements are often considered favorably by leading universities, including those in the United States. With awards such as the Grand Prix and gold medals, this is a chance to take part in something truly impactful.
